Attorney Jennifer H. O’Brien is a seasoned and aggressive litigator dedicated to achieving exceptional results for her clients. She practices criminal defense in all Massachusetts District and Superior Courts, the Massachusetts Appeals Court, and the Supreme Judicial Court, as well as in the United States District Court and at the federal appellate level. She represents clients at every stage of litigation, from trial through appeal, including those facing the most serious charges such as first-degree murder.
With more than 30 years of experience, Attorney O’Brien also practices family law, bringing the confidence and skill of an experienced trial attorney to every case. She regularly mentors other criminal defense attorneys and is frequently consulted by colleagues on complex matters.
Attorney O’Brien is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Middlesex County Bar Association, MACDL, MAPAC, and the Greater Lowell Bar Association. Attorney Todd D. Beauregard is a highly experienced trial attorney with more than 30 years of practice representing clients throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is licensed to practice in all Massachusetts and New Hampshire state courts, the United States Bankruptcy Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Prior to graduating from Suffolk University Law School, Attorney Beauregard served as a Supreme Judicial Court Certified 3:03 Student Practitioner, prosecuting criminal matters in the South Boston and West Roxbury District Courts. Since entering private practice, he has litigated thousands of cases over three decades, earning a reputation within the legal community for achieving strong results for his clients.
Attorney Beauregard is a member in good standing of the Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and American Bar Associations, the Family Law Section of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. The Massachusetts Probate and Family Court regularly appoints him to serve as a Special Master and Real Estate Master. In 2024, he was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Greater Lowell Bar Association.
